History
AERÉ Marine Group was founded in 1998 as PRAKTEK, Inc., a company focused on developing and implementing “practical technology” products and innovative solutions for docking and marine protection. In January 2024, Performance Inflatables Co. LLC, a portfolio company of Pinewell Capital, acquired AERÉ Marine Group. AERÉ maintains its location in Coral Springs, Florida to continue to service the global boating and yachting market.

With its signature product lines, AERÉ Inflatable Fenders, Fenda-Sox Fender Covers, and AERÉ Inflatable Docks, AERÉ Docking Solutions has become a well-known name in the marine industry. AERÉ Inflatable Fenders are renowned for being the top-of-the-line fender product in the yachting industry, protecting any size, or type, of vessels for recreational, commercial, and military applications.
AERÉ Docking Solutions’ commitment to quality and innovation is evident in its manufacturing process. By using heavy duty, high denier, polyester fabric and heavily coated SOL process PVC inside and out, with double welded seams and stainless-steel D-rings, it is easy to see the quality.
